METHOD CanProvideMinMaxTimestamps : BOOL

This method indicates, whether the ITrendStorageWriter instance can provide mininum/maximum timestamps (similar to the TrendFbTrendStorageReader instance). In this case the method returns TRUE, otherwise FALSE.
