FUNCTION SolarNSAxisPrimary : LREAL
This function calculates the angle of north to south axis according to: azimuth, elevation and correction alignment factor.
Alignement correction is the angle between system axis and east (clockwise)
The block output is the Angle of north to south axis (0°=zenith, -90°=east, 90°=west). Output value is in Degrees.
