FUNCTION SolarEWAxisPrimary : LREAL
This function calculates angle of east to west axis according to azimuth, elevation and correction alignment factor.
Alignement correction is the angle between system axis and east (clockwise)
Output parameter is the angle of east to west axis for solar tracking. Format: Degrees, (0°= Zenith , -90°= North, 90°= South)
