When you insert an image ID into the element properties of a visualization element, an entry is generated in the ‎GlobalImagePool‎ global image pool as a result. ‎GlobalImagePool‎ is created and added automatically in “POUs”. The image IDs defined in ‎GlobalImagePool‎ are valid throughout the entire project.
