Delete the runtime licenses from the device by returning the licenses.

Delete certificates available on the CPU.

Delete applications.

Delete applications from memory card, if available.

If available, remove memory card and battery from CPU.

Delete all user accounts and user data.
If you can not access the data stored in the CPU, e.g., because the CPU is not functional any more, then physically destroy the device.
This ensures that the credentials that are stored in the device, can not be misused.
