OBIO_SimpleMotion
- basic motion control for AC500 eco V3 PLC
The basic motion control supports continuous velocity movement and point to point positioning for stepper drives, with either trapezoidal ramps, or sinesquare ramps.
Up to 8 PWM-based axis can be used. This would require an additional binary output (S500) per axis as direction information for the stepper drive. The faster outputs can be used with a frequency up to 50kHz, the slower outputs with a frequency up to 5kHz.
A different option would be to use the Pulse-Train functionality (2 axes are possible with OBIOMotionPTO). In this mode, 1 axis will occupy 2 fast binary outputs in either clockwise/counterclockwise or pulse/direction mode. The maximum frequency will be 100kHz.
When OBIOMotionSinglePTO is used, 4 PTO axes are possible. 1 axis will occupy 1 fast output for pulse signal. An additional output (slower output can be used) is required as direction output.
It is possible to mix PWM and Puls-Train axes.
