METHOD GetDeviceDiagnosisInfo : ERROR

Returns a DiagnosisInfo if xDiagnosisInfoAvailable of |IDevice.GetDeviceState| was true.

The interpretation of pData is fieldbus dependent and will be specified by the associated fieldbus driver.
