Requirement: A step is selected.

The command functions similar to the “Insert Action Association” command. The difference between the two commands is that CODESYS inserts the new action in the last position of the action list, not the first position. If you select an action in the action list, then CODESYS inserts the new action at the bottom of the list, not at the top.
