The upper part of this tab displays a list of all configured connections. When a connection is selected, the associated assemblies in the lower area of the tab are displayed.

Table 726: Output Assembly, Input Assembly

“Add”

Opens the “Add Assembly Parameter” dialog.

“Delete”

Deletes all selected parameters.

“Move Up”

“Move Down”

Moves the selected parameter within the list. The order in the list determines the order in the I/O mapping.

“Name”

“Bit length”

“Help string”

“Unit”

You can double-click in the text field to edit the values.

“Generate I/O channels for padding data”

_cds_icon_option_activated_copy.png: The I/O channels for the filling bytes of the assemblies are generated and shown in the I/O mapping. This can be helpful in case the parameter layout of the assemblies is not mapped correctly in the EDS file.

  • Dialog: Add Assembly Parameter
