Function: The dialog is used to store the authentication data for the proxy server which is currently used for CODESYS to access the Internet.

Call: “Tools  Options” command, “Proxy Settings” category

Requirement: The Internet is accessed in the network via a proxy server.

“Enter Proxy Credentials”

A double-click opens a dialog prompt for the user name and password for the proxy server.

CODESYS uses the credentials to establish a connection to the download server for libraries and the device description, a connection to the CODESYS, and for the “View  Start Page” command.

Requirement: The button is available if your computer or the network has Internet access via a proxy server.
