Auto-reestablish connections

_cds_icon_option_activated: The scanner always attempts to automatically reestablish an interrupted connection.

For example, if a timeout is detected for UDP I/O messages or the TCP connection to the adapter is interrupted. If the option is activated, then the scanner reconnects to the adapters with the lost connection.
