When the Automation Builder software is started for the first time, a license option must be selected.
Activate a trial license
Automation Builder software must be installed successfully.
The PC must be connected to the internet.

Start Automation Builder.
A licensing wizard starts and guides through the licensing procedure.

Enter the user information.
Registration details allow the ABB support team to process future support requests efficiently.

Select “OK”.

Enable the trial license.

Select “Next”.

Enable the “single PC license” and select “Next”.

Enable “Online Activation” and select “Next”.
The license activation process starts. A successful activation ends with a success message.

Select “OK” to close the wizard.
The Automation Builder license is activated and Automation Builder starts.
