You can directly switch between the open views and the editor windows.

Press the [Ctrl] and [Tab] keys at the same time. Hold down the [Ctrl] key.
An overview opens showing all active views and editors.

Hold down the [Ctrl] key while you use the arrow keys to select the window.

Release the [Ctrl] key.
The selected view or editor becomes active.
