Function: The command toggles between the enabled and disabled states of a device in the bus system.

Call: Context menu of a device object in the device tree

Requirement: The project is in offline mode. The bus driver has to support the function.

A disabled device is not taken into account and is not addressed. Note that with some bus systems, the deactivation of a node can bring the master to a standstill.

The entry of a disabled device in the tree appears in light-gray fonts. At login, disabled devices are also marked with a red triangle.
